Greetings folks! I picked up this Philco at a garage sale for $30 the only problem is I've been searching for the proper model number since the sticker was torn off of this one. Any help is greatly appreciated!

To me it looks like 1937 model, 5 tubes, AC - I'd bet 37-610J.

Are you going to be putting humty dumpty back together again?? Note the to tubes on the right are reversed the 5Y4 goes on the transformer and the 6F6G should be fitted to the chassis.

It's a code 121.
Here's one that Kelly went a little crazy on, it's a code 122. The difference being the 5Y4 mount to the chassis rather than the top of the power transformer.
