Hi John, here's a picture of the socket connection to my ARBE III that I use to run mu 38-643B & 37-38B radios that I have in my collection. I couldn't find my 37-623 service data but located my 37-643 service data which also covers the 38-643 chassis and took a pic of the battery connector which shows the voltages. For the -3 volts I used the -4.5 volt connection on the ARBE III and it works fine.  Thanks,  Ken

Hi all,
Can anyone tell me where the Battery leads go to each tube on this radio? The Schematic is not very clear.
