There are several ways to "un-freeze" it, including spraying it with WD-40 or de-Ox it, but the surest way is to remove it and soak it in a solvent.

Yes, keep the increased capacitence values for the second and subsequent legs of the voltage divider chain lest you damage the rectifier. If you have plenty of room, just about any hunk of surplus iron with adequate guage can stand in as a choke, of ourse this includes field coil windings from a trashed speaker.

Thank you every one for your input's. I have ordered two 10 Henry chokes. I also recovered the the filter choke in HV circuit
has also been removed so ordered two chokes. This should resolve my problems. If I still need help, I will start new thread under electrical restoration.
