Eico 950A Resis-Cap Comarator Bridge - Eric - 08-19-2014

Got this Eico 950A for nothing so I thought I would restore it. What I found was this in my research. There was some changes made after sn 7500, mine is 12,309 primarliy the addition of a 4mfd cap in addition to the 8mfd which the schematic shows but not polarity.
Does anyone have info on this?
The 8mfd has the + side to chassis is this right?
Some of the wiring has been changed so I'm not sure what is correct? All I've run in to is for the 950 and 950B.

Any help would would be appreciated

I do know that if you replace the bridge caps they all have to be precise (I think my Heath were 2, .2, .02) because those are the caps used to calculate unknown capacitance.
