Philco 66-S - Ron Ramirez - 11-09-2008

Here is a "before" photo of my Philco 66-S as acquired, before anything was done to it.

Now here is how it looks, completely restored:

What a difference, eh! Icon_biggrin

Cabinet by Barry Jones...chassis by Ed Locker. I added new speaker wiring, grille cloth and reassembled everything.

That is very nice Ron. Barry sure does great work on the cabinets. Icon_smile

Very nice! Wonder why those two tone radios often turn up all done in one color? Refinish jobs of days gone by?

Another nice job by Barry. But, where are the chassis pics?

In this case, yes. Note the original color around the decal in the 'before' pic.

The chassis is up and running, but still needs to be cleaned up and painted; note the rust on the top of the chassis. I will take care of this later.
