Service Bulletin 146-B - Steve McDonald - 07-11-2016

I can't find Service Bulletin number 146-B, how to align models 89 and 19. Can anybody help? I only have the first page! This set has been apart piece by piece and sorely needs a new alignment. Maybe you can help me out?
