philco 47-1230 strange Cap - Ronin61 - 03-13-2017

I am in the process of restoring this model and came across a strange cap in the fm section. it is a .01 mfd cap with 3 leads and i was wondering how do i duplicate this cap. here is a picture of the cap and any help with this would be appreiciated.
