I would probably just make my own by cutting a strip of metal from a tin can and bending it to shape, but a search of the web found these:

Any tips, clues, do's don't's about cleaning the tuning condenser?

I have blasted it a few times with compressed air and contact cleaner, but is there a better way?

Don't blast it from above - the mica insulation in the four trimmer sections can easily be damaged this way...
