This Beauty is on my bench right now..the tuning gang has lost it's rubber
pieces that isolate the gang from the chassis..is there available new rubber pieces,or else does someone have a good fix for this dilemma?
Am also looking for Ron's book--no can find Icon_sad Icon_confused:

The book is now out of print.

I have used large rubber grommets to repair the tuning condenser mountings in certain 1938 Philcos, and I believe yours falls into this category. Basically, when mounted, they take on an oblong appearance but do the job just fine.

Tubenutt, something I did on a Silvertone's tuning gang that was isolated from the chassis I used faucet washers that I got from the local hardware store. To isolate the post I used black shrinkable tubing then opened the hole out in the faucet washer to slip over the tubing that was now shrunk onto the mount screw shaft. I would have to look at my donor 38-2 chassis to see how they are mounted since it also has the magnetic tuning that your 37-10 has. oops I noticed it was a 38-10 and not a 37-10, no magnetic tuning on the 38-10 as far as I know.
