Vacuum Tube numbers/military/commercial - Paul Philco322 - 08-18-2012 04:54 PM

Greetings All:

Is anyone aware of a military/commercial vacuum tube number cross reference? For example, I have some Ken Rad VT104's which I believe are 12SQ7's. Where the government seemed to have special numbers for tubes they ordered it could be helpful to have some kind of matrix.
Appreciate any information on this topic.

Thanks.Icon_think

You can get free tube data here: If there are civilian equivalents, often they will be listed. Other sources available I'm sure.

This page has VT numbers with commercial equivalents:

Fred Chesson's VT Page

The VT104 does cross to 12SQ7.
