Paint spots on wood - Eric Adams - 06-03-2013

I just aquired a nice little PT-7. The finish on the cabinet cleaned up really well so I won't have to refinish it.Icon_smile
My problem is that there are little paint drops on the top. I've seen this before and had no problem getting them off of Bakelite but I'm not sure what to do without damaging the finish.
Any ideas?

Thanks

I wonder if you take a wooden ruler and try to kind of push the drops off by it. Maybe they did not penetrate. Anything made of hardwood.

Between the wood ruler and a bit of acetone all the drops are gone. After a little furniture polish it looks great.

Thanks Morzh.
