Saal Speaker
#1

If you remember the Crosley Trirdyn I was working abt 3 years ago, abt the same time a buddy hooked my up with a spkr for it. A horn spkr. As with a lot things I get it had a few issues. For one the drive was bad (open coil) and it's case it make from pot metal so it was unrepairable. THe common repair for this situation is to mount a small PM spkr in the base and use an output transformer to match the output tube to the spkr. Where I was at Ktown I found a free PM spkr from an AA5 Zenith set with no paper cone in it. But it did have a transformer which will work just fine in the Saal.

figure out what all those squiggly meant.
