Looks like it was a tv show from the 1980's but very well done. Too bad the video isn't a bit sharper.Some of my favorite radio actors can be seen like Hal Peary ( The Great Gilderslevee), Joesph Kearns ( Suspence, The Whistler, And George Wilson from tv's Dennis the Menace) and Orson Wells.

A bit before my time too. I grew up near Washington DC and down there there is a NPR station that plays about three hours of old time radio shows on Saturday and Sunday evenings(WAMU FM). I use to listen to them as much as I could and record them onto cassette tapes. Would get the cheap ones 3 for a dollar. This was back in the early '70's. Now I can download shows from the net. It's wonderful!
