PHILCO 41-295
On Decoration Day I took the kids to the beach in my 1954 Plymouth on the way we passed a place with a nice restorable 41-295 Philco console out front with a sign on it , I stop the sign said FREE! ,guess what I did then , I had to pull the back set out of my Plymouth got that old radio in back ,brought it home , it's a 11 tube set , anyone know what it cost new ? I bought it back to my other 500+ radios

That model, and the different looking but nearly identical, electrically, 41-300 are great performers.

I though that this could be a great performer too , I have not had the time to do anything with it this summer ,but thought it might make a good project this winter , I'll keep everyone posted when I get it going , the price was right on it
