Amazing! I have heard RCA made tubes designed for 10,000 hours, I remember seeing a letter written to RCA (somewhere) concerning an amazing span of tube life for a certain tube in constant use. Maybe that is the key, constant use, with the surge of power eliminated the bulb/tube can really display some longevity.
