The PHILCO Phorum

I finally got my new (old) philco 41-230 working but noticed the dual variable capacitor has a lot of pitting. I can unmount and dip it into something--but what????

Pitting in itself is not bad. Just needs to be cleaned and provide good electrical connections to sets of plates.
