The knobs look right but the grille cloth doesn't. I'm pretty sure this 38-12 has the original grille cloth:

Actually - you've got a 38-12T. But the same grille cloth and knobs appear to be used based on the photo gallery picture:

I concur. I just picked this one up last night. Original grill cloth and knobs (and tobacco smoke and pet hair!).
