This Bing Crosby is for sale about 90 miles from me...how much trouble is it to restore? Thinks it's worth it?

Whether its worth it or not depends on the condition its in, what they are asking as a price and how much you want it. I do see them on e-bay from time to time. Looks like recent unrestored units in mediocre condition have sold for $30 plus shipping and unrestored decent shape $70 or so plus shipping.
