Hi Group:
I am happy to report that I have just acquired a '42 BOL Changer with the illusive 1942 Home Recording attachment (HR-2). I have the Philco BOL changer manual that shows HR-2 parts and how it fits into the BOL chassis. However, I am curious if anyone out there has actually taken a shot at repairing a '42 model BOL that included the HR-2 attachment? I would love to know if someone else has done it before I give it a go. I have a few blank Philco safety records that would be so cool to hear my kids voices on!! (though I need to find one of those little chrome Philco microphones first). -- Andy
