The PHILCO Phorum

Thanks Brad - it does seem to be a fairly common design once you know what to look for.

I ordered a pair from the hardwaretree link - they've already arrived in fact. They're just plain brass (not antique brass) so I'll need to treat them somehow to make them look right with an old Philco.
