Does anyone know if a model 18 chassis will fit into a model 19 cabinet? Both are the lowboy style.

No. 18 has different knobs locations: they are wider while the 19/89 are really crowded. So at a minimum, you will have to drill other holes for the shafts.
I certainly do not want to put any new holes in my cabinet. Thanks for the post!
19/89 is unique; nothing else will fit there.
