The PHILCO Phorum

A simple and possibly obvious question for some.

On a 54C schematic is Part 6 (the band switch on the antenna coil ) shown in the broadcast or police band setting? The switch is open on my set.

Rule of thumb,  the band switch will be shown set to broadcast band. David

Open it's in the bcb closed it's in the police band.
Tight in there isn't it!

Thanks, guys! What threw me off was someone had bridged the switch.
