The PHILCO Phorum

I was wondering what finish to put on my philco 45 table radio , what mohawk stainfor the cabinet in most corners and what for the accent strips , that flowdown to the bottom of then radio on front ? there is nothing light colored left of the lighter colored accent strips i usually see on this model. it is dark walnut or has been stripped to that .

The cabinet should be sprayed with Mohawk Extra Dark Walnut overall. The accent panels in front are Medium Walnut.

The grooves in front can be filled with tan nail polish - nail polish is lacquer-based, so it should not interact with the coats of clear lacquer when you apply these.
