The PHILCO Phorum

Hi all,

I have a restored 41 cabinet console that works great, and looks great also, but I have been unable to find replacements for the “clear” strip that holds the channel labels in my replacement plate (see image).[attachment=29437]

Could someone help me locate one of those or suggest an alternative?

What I would do is get the file for the station labels, have them printed out at your local Office Depot - $3 as opposed to $15 on eBay - and simply affix them to a clear tape.

Obviously having the original strip is preferable but this is a solution until you find it.
