I have been trying to find ONE piece of walnut veneer to do the front of my 37-610T ,sizes seam to be too small, now I have a Atwater Kent 55 [one of several] this is a parts set. It has a piece of walnut veneer the size that would work on my 37-610T, on it's top ,it has started lifting, but in good shape ,can I use it on the 37-610T ? has anyone out there done this? Seams Like I've heard of this being done
I have used saved veneer for several projects. It is hit or miss sometimes. Other times it works. If the type of wood can be sucessfully blended in then go for it.
