Hello all! I just wanted to firstly state that I am very new to radio restoration and want to say thank you in advance to any and all help that I receive. With that said, I have come into possession of a Philco 37-610 radio. At least that is what the the sticker on the inside of the cabinet claims. It appears to be a 37-623J cabinet, however. Anyways, I came into possession of this after my grandfather had passed. I would ultimately like to at least restore the cabinet for my grandmother as a gift. I believe that the electronic aspect may be a bit past me as it appears the components are in pretty poor shape.
Where could I find the knobs for this cabinet and a new grill cloth? Also, what's the best way to clean the dial (I know thats not the term, very new)? Again, thanks in advance and I am very excited to start learning about this new hobby!
Are you near any of the meets? There is one this weekend in Huntington West Virginia where you cand find knobs and parts also those knobs are reproduced look on tubes and Moore.com and like sites. As for the dial there was a post on here that said mineral spirits will clean the dial without removing the numbers. Good luck finding grill cloth, reproductions have dried up.

Grillecloth.com (Radio Grille Cloth Headquarters) is out of business.
A good place to start for finding knobs is the page on PhilcoRadio: http://www.philcoradio.com/resourceb.htm#l .
Thanks for the advice guys! I think I will just plug away and try to find some knobs on the site Bob provided while periodically checking out eBay and Craigslist.
Is there anyway to find a list of where these meets are that Tab suggested I look into?
Also, I found this grill cloth on RadioDaze http://www.radiodaze.com/product/12906.aspx - is that the right one?
Yes that's it I'm glad to see someone is selling at least some cloth. Todd
