1) Does anyone have good photos or knows where to get them showing
the flowers painted on the front of the set and the bird on the lid?

2) Were the flowers and the bird made according to a only one pattern or were there multiples patterns? Icon_confused: Icon_exclaim
I can tell you that the patterns on the 1928 Philco painted table models were all hand-painted; thus, there will be variations in the patterns from one set to another. Nevertheless, each model followed a distinctive pattern; i.e. the painted flowers and the bird on the 512 Mandarin Red will all be very similar, but not exactly identical.

I have a Mandarin Red 512, but it is badly scratched up, so I doubt if photos of it will help you.
