Radio off, volume at max, I read about 10 ohms from antenna clip to chassis......

....My socket voltages are close, except for the 2nd Detector. My plate voltage and screen grid voltages are about double what the printout states.

Well sounds like the ant coil is ok. As for the hv on the detector tube could be a high cathode resistor #24  51k or a weak 24A tube in that circuit.
