Both output 6F6 radio tubes, when tested on a tube tester, turned out to be very weak in terms of emission. I suspect that there was a significant increase in the current of these radio tubes due to current leakage through the paper capacitors in the control grid circuit of these radio tubes. Of course, I will definitely change all the paper capacitors.

Mostly OK. Like, "диффузор" which you translated as "diffuser" - we here call it "cone."
Same as you still use "lamps" in your videos (not this one) whereas while UK uses "valves", we use "tubes."
But in general, it all is understandable, which is what counts.

They must have adopted the French term for vacuum tubes in the USSR, in France they call tubes "Lampes". Valves is what they call tubes in New Zealand, and Australia as well, I never understand why they called them "valves" as valves are a passive device, as vacuum tubes amplify.

The name came from the rectifiers (the first tubes) which did act as valves. And then they just kept it.
Thinking of it, the word "tube" is even less informative.

Mike;
The name "tube" is really colloquial for "Thermionic Vacuum Tube" although most tube manuals say "Electron Tube Manual". I think the British adopted the name from the "Fleming Valve" which was basically a detector diode, but when it came to picture tubes they called them "Cathode Ray Tubes" not "Cathode Ray Valves". I have also heard, and read the term "Kinescope" printed in service literature, even with American made TVs, but it was never universally adopted, picture tube was the colloquial term.
The favorite phrase that I heard for tubes, or valves, or lampes, was from Dave Jones of the EEV Blog, he called them "An FET with a pilot light."

Arran

Kinescope (Кинескоп) is the official Russian term for a CRT.

I continue the restoration of the Philco, prepare the chassis for repair, clean it of dirt and conduct an inspection and revision of the volume of work that will have to be done. Perhaps I will shock many restorers with my method of radical cleaning of many years of dirt and rust...

But I hasten to reassure you - not a single detail has deteriorated, but only become cleaner. Sorry, but it has been a long time since I repaired a chassis with such a terrible amount of dirt. Yeah ... The scale, which I planned to replace before cleaning, after cleaning became like new.
"Philco 16X. Part three. Chassis cleaning and inspection before repair
In this video I will carry out preparatory work before repairing the chassis of the unique American radio console Philco 16X 1933...34. Namely, what methods I had to use to clean this chassis for a long time from many years of dirt and rust and what parts need to be replaced on it after a careful inspection and inspection."
