What may work for you folks as well is old/cracked Philco dials. i cut a few pieces to replace missing tabs on my 38-116 and it worked well. The celluloid is similar but a bit thicker, fit in and stay put a little better than the tabs. They are of course unmarked. The ultimate would be to stencil the call letters on but that is beyond my skill/time at present!

For what it is worth, here is a picture of my friends 38-116 dial. These are original in terms of the tabs. In my "rusty" memory, they were a thick paper. I have been wrong on remembering on numerous occasions. I did have to dissassemble the dial to replace the missing dial "spinner" and seems a few slipped out and were a fiber material.

PJ, good find. If the OP does not have the catalog, they quit printing them a couple years ago, the P/N is S-M190. That should work nicely and could be overlayed with decal type material with station markings and other graphics as on the originals via use of a graphics program on your computer.
Good luck.
