It is finished. It is aligned and working on all bands.
I made wood blocks to replace the ones somebody else had lost or thrown away. The radio chassis just sits on four rubber chassis supports on the slanted top shelf, so the wood blocks prevent it from sliding out.

The bottom of the power supply and amplifier chassis - the thin gray wires are redundant grounds, to supplement the rivets on the terminal strips

FStephenMasek, Beautiful restoration you did on this unit. I have a question, I am not sure if this radio has the same RF sub-chassis as my 37-116,if so did you have problems with the band #2 oscillator coil that seems to plague many Philcos of this type? Did you rewind this coil or find a good replacement? If you did a rewind, did you keep any notes on what you did or have any tips on doing this? Thank you in advance ! And again, you have an awesome set.

Yep, want it too.
Lucky you.
Great radio.
Knowing how my 37-116 sounds I could only imagine the sound out of this one.

Thanks!
No coils needed to be replaced or rewound.

I was lucky myself, in 37-116, no coils were open. Or for that matter, nothing other than standard recap-recarb was required.
Of course I got no statistics, but....to me those HiFi ones were well-made.
