The glue is Aleene's tacky glue.
 
The cones were 8" cones I got many yrs ago. Haven't seen them on sale since.
 
No pics as I have only done the 8" early K style speakers. I live near Sound
Remedy which is a speaker reconing shop and had rebuild the one H-13
(10 1/2") speaker for my 16B. They used a spacer ring to accommodate
the 10" cone. Presumingly it just a piece of heavy mat board cut to size.

Should be able to find a replacement cone on epay, just have to know the
dimensions. Cone size 10" vc size (for the hole in the center) should be 1 5/16
Check to be sure. And overall depth that's top to bottom. Know these and 
your ready to go hunting. The vc hole can be a little bit larger but a lot the 
modern cones have huge holes for the vc. Stay away.
