Belt is good as an upbringing tool. If used judiciously. And without sand.

It ain't perfect but that hat I could do without re-veneering the cabinet.
All front veneer was repaired and there are no chips anymore.
I cant safely rot or buff out the fresh lacquer so it will be a you job in a few weeks...

Thanks, re-veneering is too much anyway, if I wanted a perfect radio I would not buy this in the first place, especially considering the history of it being delivered
