BK 700 -

I am looking at this tester and not sure if I can use it for the old tubes testing, 22,27, 42, 47, 80 etc. Know nothing about it, there is no rolling chart and the picture does not show correct sockets and numbers.
Is it suitable for my purpose? Thanks.

So, I've just found out, that the tester is not suitable for the antique tubes (less than 7 pins). Which mutual conductance tester make should I be looking for?

The most common good quality tester that is also the least expensive (sic) is the I-177. You see them fairly often on ebay. The best by consensus seems to be the TV-7. Both of these are excellent mil spec testers.
