41-295 RESTORATION UPDATE -
millievolt - 05-23-2015
I have completed the electronic restoration of the chassis and aligned the IF's and trimmers before final touch-up in cabinet.
I intend to post resistance and voltage tables for future reference.
MY LAST QUESTION:
Does anyone know if the "wine colored" or "brown" push buttons were used in this set? There is a dial light that comes on when you switch to push buttons and I assume the wine ones would be better since they would transmit some light.

1940 season - translucent red or "wine" color
1941 season - opaque brown
Sure, the 1940 wine color buttons look better, but the "period correct" buttons for 1941 models are brown.
