    I'm working on an RCA 28X and have a few of these caps that I haven't seen before. I think they are 150 pica.

Are they paper? Should they be replaced? What are they called?

Don't think they are paper should be 500v micas. You could check it with a cap meter. Or leave it in and see if the alignment is ok. Or you could replace if you like.

As Terry said, leave them be, see if the alignment is good. If yes (likely), keep them.
