For my 5 band '34 model 16 tombstone?
I think I read somewhere that 35 or 36 model use a different font.

DCL-PH8 from Radio Daze. The sample shown on their website isn't correct, but what they send you will be correct.

DCL-PH8 is correct for all 1932-1936 and early production 1937 Philco radios.
