Correct Philco information. Model 665 - JLuke - 07-19-2021

Hi All,
I have inherited a Philco console model 665 ( from the label on the cabinet) There are various numbers on the chassis. Having trouble finding the specific info, schematic, tube, layout, parts list, etc. I am attaching pix of the numbers in hopes someone can help.
