Best HDMi to RF converter for Predicta - MotoExpedition - 02-14-2023

My setup, which is an Amazon special, leaves some instability in the picture, mainly a horizontal shutter.
Since it works way better with an old VCR, I suspect the converting gear taking me from a hdmi laptop output to coax rf.

What is everyone using for this conversion?
