Philco 46-1209 - smcintyre - 05-01-2024

Hey All,

My wife has her old Grandfather's Philco 46-1209 and other than a ton of dust, all the parts are there. I have no idea how to restore anything and was curious if anyone actually does this and there was a chance I could get this working again?  I live in the DC/NoVa area.
