How do you set the preset buttons on this radio?
I looked in the 1942 Philco yearbook for the answer but it just said to look in the owners manual.

Try going to the Philco Library, select: Documents > Philco Documents then enter Automatic Tuning in the search box. The result gives several articles on Tuning Setup, I think the last two may answer your question.
