Hi Folks:

I'm new to this group...so "Hello."

I'm new to radio restoration, too.

Just got this unit, made in 1931 per the pencil note on the under-chassis...but the only identification is the word "President" under the tuning dial...

Is there any chance I can determine its manufacturer?

Studebaker made a "President" but I think you would know it if your radio was really a car.

I can't help you with just the name. There are lots of collectors out there who can assist if given the tube line-up (sometimes). Give that a shot and see what happens.
