Philco 91B Dial Cord Replacement - cwirth - 11-22-2013

I need to replace the dial cord on a Philco 91B cathedral I recently acquired. How would I removed the large pulley the dial scale is attached to so I can access the two smaller pulleys. Thanks, Charlie

Should be a set screw on the dial hub.
