Philco model 20 power transformer taps - philco phan - 03-20-2014

I'm not sure what terminal is what on this,and is the pigtail wire coming out of it the center tap?And what is the wire coming out of the connector board hooked to??

I don't have a model 20 to compare to.

Never mind,I figured it out-the wire is the CT for the 27's and the 24a's,it goes to the HVCT.
