Philco 40-150 - fields 100 - 03-28-2014

There is a 40-150 available in the need of push buttons replacement.I would like to work on it, as these tuning buttons design present some challenge to me.(I will forget for a moment about my quest for the 10 best). Are those buttons ever available or in the worst case can be fabricated? Thanks.
