   Please answer the questions below for each Philco Model 20, 21, 35, 46, 50, 70, 90, 111 and 112 that you have available for examination. Use the identifying information, the Figures, and the Table 1 Data Guide Page to help with your answers. (Please print-out or photocopy this questionnaire for each set.)
