Disintegrated pushbuttons and Bulb "cover"
#1

Hello All,
I am working on a Philco floor model circa 1940-41. The pushbuttons and front light bulb "cover" have dissolved into nothingness. I have found a source for the push buttons but I cannot locate any info for the small piece of plastic that would cover the light bulb hole that is on the front of the cabinet. It is a larger diameter than a pencil but not by much. I hope someone understands what I am referring to and might know a source for the part or maybe a way I could "homebrew" one. Thanks for your time!!!! Phil

Did you look at Radio Daze or Mark Oppat?

Hi,
Yep, I checked those sources too. I am very lucky because I live only 40 minutes drive from Radio Daze. Actually I live about 40 minutes from everything. I'm in a rural area here. Thanks for the ideas. Icon_smile
