Philco 610 circuit diagram
#1

I am wondering if someone might have a circuit diagram for the 610 I am working on.  This radio is unmolested except that the electrolytics were replaced at some time.  The circuit diagram that most closely resembles what I have, except that my radio does not include the phonograph, is at Riders page 7-87.  The model I have also includes the changes indicated on Riders page 9-3.  Both of these pages are at http://www.nostalgiaair.org/PagesByModel...013797.pdf

There are a couple of differences in my radio as follows:

1.  A .05 cap is attached to the antenna coil side of the 1.5 meg resistor (R29) and goes to ground.

2.  Grid 2 (pin 4) of the 6A7 tube is directly connected to one of the windings of the oscillator coil.  The other end of this winding is connected to C7 (250uuf) and then to R42.  I'm still trying to determine which winding it is.

3.  There is a cap with no value shown on the circuit diagram between the wave trap and band switch section 2.  Is this a drafting error?

Is the band switch position shown for the broadcast band?

Thanks, Bob

There were several changes in the 610 along the way. If you can determine the run # it would help.
Position 1 on the band switch is the broadcast band. I'm relinking your schematic so anyone can see it to help you.

You might reread the changes page related to the 610. Seems there were numbering errors on the schematic.
