Seller says he can't find a model number, I can't find this in any galleries. Looks like it might have been a low-boy at one time. Ron? Or anyone?

That is
not an original Philco factory cabinet. And, yes, it looks like it once had legs which have been cut off.
It looks like either a 70 or 71 chassis. If it's cheap enough, buy it and have Steve Davis make a nice new reproduction cathedral cabinet for it.

I think a console 70 or similar cabinet refinished was being sold during this Kutztown show.
They are not hard to find (meaning consoles).
