Hi Guys,
I've just started to restore my Zenith 7H82OUZ AM/FM radio and I have a question. It has some caps that I am not sure of their construction. Are they paper, in which case I will replace them, or are they some other material that can be left alone, similar to Mica?

If you men the tubulars, they are unlikely the micas.

Yes those are the ones I mean. My question, I guess, is if you were doing this would you replace them or leave them in?

I replace all tubular caps from 30s to 60s with no remorse and no questions asked.
They are almost universally bad.
I restuff when possible.
